Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return
Products may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days after you receive the item. The product must be unused, undamaged and kept in original packaging.

Return Process
To apply for a return, please contact us by email with your order number and photos of the product. We will send you return instructions after review.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is caused by our error such as wrong item or product defect.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider’s processing schedule.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos. We will arrange re-delivery or refund for qualified cases.
